About the role:

Assists and supports the daily activities of Bridger's marketing department, focusing on creating videos, photos, social media posts, graphic design assets, and written content like press releases and announcements highlighting Bridger Aerospace’s operations and aerial firefighting efforts.

The role involves liaising with media, vendors, and internal teams to develop relationships, generate awareness, and collaborate on marketing initiatives. It also supports the planning and execution of events such as trade shows, company open houses, and industry conferences to showcase Bridger’s capabilities.

Occasional travel may be required for events, trade shows, and to capture in-field content of Bridger Aerospace’s operations.

Reports to: Marketing Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Capturing and editing videos and photos of Bridger Aerospace’s operations, aircraft, and events for use in marketing materials and social media.
  • Helping manage and grow Bridger Aerospace’s social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends.
  • Creating or assisting in the graphic design of marketing collateral, such as brochures, magazine ads, presentations, tradeshow assets, and digital ads that highlight Bridger Aerospace’s aerial firefighting efforts.
  • Creating public-facing content, including press releases, news articles, magazine stories, and company announcements.
  • Designing company apparel and merchandise.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of trade shows, company open houses, industry conferences, and other events.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and providing insight to optimize future efforts.
  • Helping maintain consistency in Bridger Aerospace’s messaging across all external news platforms and media outlets.
  • Helping build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients such as reporters, news outlets, aviation companies, and contractors for collaborative marketing purposes and to generate awareness.

What We're Looking For:

  • Interest in aviation and aerial firefighting.
  • Video filming and editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
  • Graphic Design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software.
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.
  • Experience writing copy for corporate, creative, and social media initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team and have fun while managing projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to engage with all levels of the organization to identify and address communication needs.
  • Ability to travel on occasion for events, tradeshows, and to capture in-field content.
  • A can-do attitude with a problem-solving mentality.
  • A willingness to learn and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
