Bridger Aerospace is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist with a background in inventory control. The candidate needs to be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and be familiar with inventory software programs. In this position, you will manage receiving and shipping of Aircraft parts and materials for our fleet of aerial firefighting aircraft and mobile repair units (MRU).

Reports to: Manager, Supply Chain

What You'll Do:

  • Receives parts from UPS, FedEx, mail, and other freight companies
  • Verifies parts are in good condition
  • Notify shipper of any damage to freight and advise parts office
  • Scan freight shipment or check against packing slips
  • Accurately post orders to inventory
  • Put received parts in their appropriate locations
  • Accurately Track incoming and outgoing Shipments
  • Inform supervisor of unusual parts received or any special-order parts missing, damaged or back-ordered
  • Inform Quality Department of any suspected Counterfeit Items
  • Work with the Maintenance team as to when, where, and which parts need to be shipped/delivered
  • Pull parts from stock, holding bins or incoming freight to be shipped
  • Package parts appropriately for shipment
  • Verify part number and quantity against invoice
  • General core returns, package, and ship
  • Pull, inspect and ship returns
  • Aid in Monthly Cycle counting Program
  • Ability to operate a forklift preferred

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass a DOT drug screening
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to physically perform tasks that require lifting (>50lbs), walking, standing, climbing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi task

This position is subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening. Additionally, this position requires attainment of an AOA Badge issued by Bozeman-Yellowstone Int’l Airport.
